Because demand is already extremely high, we are not planning major Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals. Our production team is all-in on getting units built, customized, tested, and shipped so you can actually enjoy your arcade over the holidays—not wait for it.

Order Early to Guarantee Christmas Delivery

Every GRS unit is custom-built. Artwork, wiring, and assembly take time—especially during peak season. The earlier you order, the better positioned you are to lock in:

the exact model you want
your preferred custom artwork
your accessories/add-ons
your place in our production queue

Once the queue fills, we can’t speed things up—so ordering early is the only way to ensure your arcade is ready for Christmas.

While we do not plan on running any big holiday sales, if we post any discounted pricing from 11/14/25–12/1/25, you’re covered.

Shipping Timing

We ship FedEx Ground, and holiday volume increases across all carriers. To keep Christmas delivery realistic, please take note:

Orders placed early to mid-November have the best chance of arriving before Christmas once built.
As we approach December, build times naturally extend due to volume.
Once a unit ships, we cannot control carrier delays—another reason to order now instead of later.

Check Your Items When They Arrive

When your arcade gets delivered, please open and inspect it right away. If there’s any issue, we want time to fix it before Christmas.
