What is the basic ordering process?
You submit an order for the cabinet and options you want. If ordered, we will need your artwork choice, joystick colors, button trim (non led, led standard, or led chrome), button colors, and t-molding color. If you know then put in the notes section of the order. If you are unsure or plan to design your own artwork just submit the order and we send out a welcome email that has Photoshop templates, raspberry pi configs, etc. We will work with you to ensure we have all details necessary quickly so we can get your unit processed an shipped within a couple days. If you design your own artwork contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or respond to the welcome email when they are ready. We will send an upload link for you to submit the layered psd files.
What is your typical turn around time?
We do everything in house so typically ship within a day or two of you selecting or submitting artwork. We stock cabinets, controls, etc so typically same day shipping on orders without graphics.
What shipping carrier do you use?
For our cabinet kits, we use FedEx ground from Oklahoma. Most locations are 2/3 days shipping time.
Can I pick artwork that is in the previous customer gallery?
Yes! You can pick a set, mix/match pieces, or request the psd file of a part for you to modify and customize as you see fit.
How do I get the Photoshop templates to design my artwork?
We issue our templates with purchase only. When you have them ready we will send an upload link.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship all over the world weekly. Just submit your postal code and which product you are interested in for a quote. We give international credit of what we budget in our “free shipping” within the US so it is typically very reasonable to ship to all locations.
What if I do not have Photoshop, but want to design my own artwork?
You can get a free 7 day trial of Photoshop CC and use our provided templates to design your artwork.
Can I get a custom layout on one of your cabinets?
It is labor intensive to modify our files. We have to design, create cut files, pull a separate board from production, cut special, test fit, then repeat for associated acrylic pieces. We have the optimal layouts available, but can do custom layouts typically for a charge around $50 depending on work required.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
Yes! Simply contact us and we can send multiple invoices in any amounts you need.
Do you have a phone number?
Yes. You can reach us between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday central time or anytime at email@example.com. This number is for product inquires or customer service only 1-(833)-GOGAMER or 1-(833)-464-2637. We do not provide 3rd party software or support over the phone.
Do you have partnership program?

Why do you have people online saying you lack in customer service? Is this true?
This is old news a lot of which is propagated through Facebook groups run by competitors. Yes, we grew too fast at first over a decade ago and experienced some growing pains. Every product we sell is custom from the artwork, button colors, cuts, etc for that customer. We get literally hundred/s of orders a week, again all custom. Many of those customers like to change their mind mid order flight. We still typically ship within 2 business days of having all information for an order. Most competitors sell one widget one way so it is vastly easier to maintain. We have grown immensely in full time staff and space over the last 5 years especially. As far as customer service we have a manager and team that again is fully staffed. To the point we not only have a phone that is answered every day during normal business hours across multiple onsite agents, but also live chat (not a bot). A full customer service and sales ticketing system is in place so nothing is dropped. We call every number back and respond to every chat that came in outside of business hours that is sales or service and have done so for a long time now. Staff is rated on each ticket and phone call satisfaction meter (sent to customers) built into the system that allows for training opportunities and business improvement monthly. Most competitors when you call you might get the one person that does this as a side gig cell phone voicemail. Not a full department level phone tree to connect you with proper staff like we have. Also we have revamped all instructions packs and packing materials. Now deal with big box retailers as well as direct sales. Updated tons of new products and revamped the website. It shows in the countless customers that send us product build videos and pictures. Also in the higher level sophistication and simplification of our products. About Our Services
We cut our cabinets on our industrial large format CNC machine in our own shop/office/warehouse in Northeast Oklahoma. Our internal engineers and customer service are constantly evaluating new products or how to improve current products. Our cabinets are made out of .75″ high quality double sided melamine with an mdf core. We have multiple shift employees continually running and inspecting parts for stock so we can get your kit out as fast as possible.
We print everything on our 2018 Roland large format print/cutter using authentic Roland inks. We print on high quality no air bubble application vinyl. All vinyl pieces are ran through our large laminator for a beautiful finish and so all prints will last for years to come. We print all marquees on backlit film that gives a gorgeous look whether or not you plan to put a light behind it.
We pride ourselves on not just “selling” quality parts and cabinets but also working with many contributors in the emulation community. We are constantly providing content on our YouTube channel on the “how to” setup hardware/software, etc. Please subscribe as that is where all new products and new guides will post first.
